Section 16: 1968 Theft Act:
Obtaining a Pecuniary Advantage by Deception

Corruption or Theft & Fraud?

"Wherever the law ends, tyranny begins:
The Philosopher of Freedom" John Locke. (1632-1704):

Section 16: 1968 Theft Act:
Obtaining a Pecuniary Advantage by Deception

Should be considered as a 'Catch All' Criminal Law by which to convict many UK Corporate & Public Authorities (especially Banks) for criminal acts of Theft & Fraud over the past 30 to 40 years.

PS. There is no 'Statute of Limitations' on Criminal Acts.

Although Corruption is not an ‘offence’ under English Law, the elements that usually make up the corruption, such as Theft & Fraud, are clearly criminal offences. An excellent example is 'Section 16: 1968 Theft Act, Obtaining a Pecuniary Advantage by Deception’, not to mention serious contraventions of the individuals Civil & Human Rights.

Many of the 4,000 or so ‘New Laws’ introduced by Blair’s Labour government, are clearly designed to encourage Public & Corporate Authorities to take a Pecuniary Advantage of the Public and to open the flood gates to even more Corruption across every form of organisation.

The Public continually complain and protest about a wide range of financial abuses perpetrated by virtually every Public & Corporate Authority, including those ‘great favourites’; the highly fraudulent & corrupt Banking & Parking Industries.

The APP & Public Law Company would now like to offer you the opportunity to stand up for your individual rights as a member of a large, like-minded group dedicated to stemming the tide of government corruption.
