Legislation
for Profit:
Due to the Corrupt Legislation & extortionate profiteering by the
Government & ‘legal
profession’, which I have called:
'Legislation for
Profit', as opposed to Legislation for Justice,
I had cause to
independently study ‘law’ over 5 years, especially in a barely
recognised, ‘metaphorical’ area of law known as ‘Public
Law’.
Basically
‘Public Law’ is a recently proposed area of law that deals
with Public and Human Rights, primarily as a defence against
Political Government and Corporate financial abuse of the general
public.
The expression
‘Court of Public Opinion’ is currently a metaphor which the
APP-PLC Association intends to turn into a reality.
In 2004 I incorporated
the Public Law Company (PLC Ltd) to pass on what I had learnt, and
to ‘defend’ the public against Government, Corporate &
Public Authority fraudulent abuse, shortly followed by the
creation of the Anti-Political Political Party (APP) which was
Registered as Political Party in January 2010.
Unfortunately in Jan
2007 I suffered a series of medical-heart problems (caused by
continuous harassment and illegal financial demands, the subject
of my Personal Injuries Claims) which caused me to curtail any
activities with the PLC & APP, which were then put on the back
burner, for a while.
Later in 2008, feeling
much better, I decided to resurrect the PLC & APP with a view
to ‘challenging’ the 2010 general election. In Aug 2008
‘Esher News & Mail’ published an interesting article about
the 'futuristic' APP’s proposals. (Reproduced on the APP website)
Around April 2009 I experienced a series of very stressful domestic incidences, mainly due
to the local council’s ‘Neglect of Duty’ in which I was
forced to file a Court Injunction, just to be able to live a
normal, peaceful existence.
In Sept 2009 I was
diagnosed with Rectal Cancer, which once again put the APP &
PLC proposals back on the ‘back burner’. The cancer specialist
was of the opinion that the cancer had been developing over 6
months and probably caused by Stress, which coincided with the
start of the domestic incidents in April 2009.
